4/17/12 stopped in to computer depot to find out what was wrong with my pc.talked to the man who does the repair work,told him the problem and he suggested that i have the hard drive wiped and the programing reloaded.I said fine ,had to discuss this with my wife and asked if i agreed to the repair if he could call me to let me know when he could do the repair as i just lived around the corner and use it for my work daily.he said he could not do that, he had to have it in the shop for when he was ready to work on it.so i took it in 4/18/12 left it there a little after
