Since posting above, there have been two "mix-ups" in communication with staff that have resulted in a 'no-show' entered in my records. These mistakes are disturbing because they can result in forced treatment at an inpatient setting; before the 'mistake' is acknowledged, or if it is acknowledged. P.K.
