The Pacific Coastal cruse in April on the Sapphire Princess very nice. The ship was clean, food was very good, shows outstanding and the crew/staff were very polite and professional. The shuttle service left 10 minutes early and we had to buy gas and race 80 miles to San Pedro to our ship. We paid for a Wine Country Tour and Tasting in the Sonoma area with GWT. Due to sea conditions en route to San Francisco, time for this special excursion was canceled. We have made countless phone calls to GWT for a full refund for a tour that they had to cancelled.
