Contracted with ECO Builders to build a deck. Contract included permits and inspections of which we received none. Deck was not built to contract specifications and months later it is still not finished. Please see the Better Business rating for this contractor before you sign anything. The Better Business Bureau has rated them an F. To date (3) people have filed claims and the Builder has failed to respond to any of them.
