Update: Owner never bothered to return my phone calls. Consult with lawyer confirms I have a strong case against the dealer. Suggest you do NOT do business with this company. I plan on taking them to court for a full refund (buy back), lawyer fees and personal losses. Hope I can save others the time of having to do this too.
