This was the worst experience possible. In repairing my blind they put a hole in it. I asked for a refund, which I was told I would get after bringing the blind in for him to see. He has my blind....he denied telling me I could have a refund. After several very unpleasant conversations, he said he would refund half of my payment. Several months later I called to say I still had not received the credit and he said he decided not go give me a credit. He has yelled at me, used abusive language and hung up on me.
