My computer is now working and I didn't think it would start up again. I thought it was my screen because it went black but the owner thought it was a chipset so I had her fix it. It took a couple of days but when I got it back it worked just like it was new again. I would tell my coworkers or friends to go here. I have already sent my father to see the owner to fix his problems. So would say thumbs up to Casey. I have an HP Elitebook and the fingerprint scanner was also not working and she just twiddled some sort of setting on a program I couldn't even figure out
