I bought a computer and have problems and was told to send to V-tech and have sent to them many times in the past few months since the initial time and the last time 4-2012 for the same problem the hard drive and them I got the computer back and it did not work when I got it back and was told to have HH Gregg fix it went back and forth and Sandy from V-tech finally told the Corporate Office that now it was a soft ware issue, so when the took the computer and fixed it they broke it and caused the soft ware issue and I had to pay $95.00 to get the computer back because in
