Bartlett Small Engine has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! They are rude, uncaring, inaccurate, make promises and then deny they did, don't care about anyone other than themselves. Unfortunately, Sears has outsourced all of the lawnmower service work to this Company and the first question they ask "is this a Sear's repair", which they immediately respond, "it will be awhile as we work on our own customers first".
