I called to get my dryer fixed, I was given a 4 hour window of 11-3, at 3:30 I called to find out where the service tech was, and it seemed to me that they had no CLUE! I asked them to call me if he was not going to be here by 4 because we had to leave, They called at 4 and said they still had no idea when they would be here. I cancled my appointment for the day and asked for the 1st appointment of the following day, I was then given a window of 9-11.
