This may give you and idea as to why the employees are rude. I was hired to work at NTB on November 14, 2011 my first day being a 12 hour shift 9am-9pm. I was told I would recieve salary of 6.00hr (below minimum wage) Commission. On my first day I was not provided an employee number and was told to use the service managers employee number to track my sales (which would give the service manager my commission and me below minimum wage) I asked the service manager when an employee number would be provided and was told the NEW store Manager would be in the next day.
