I have spoken on multiple occasions with various staff in person at the Cambridge, Massachusetts location of Blast Fitness regarding a list of complaints. Having received extremely vague answers or empty promises each time, I felt that I may have better luck with corporate headquarters. This, however, yielded the same responses both via phone and email.
