Very poor management. Everytime we had a problem with something in the house, they would try to turn it around and say it was something we were doing wrong. Waited way too long for maintenance to come and fix things. Had to call them several times before they would send someone out. Asked for storm windows and doors like the rest of our neighbors that were also Key Management properties, and we was told since we were not on Section 8 they would not supply them but if we wanted to buy them they would put them on. What a joke! Would not recommend anyone to rent from the
