I was pulled over in August of 2013, and my car was towed by A Excellence at the request of the Wilco police officer. After work that same day, I paid A Excellence the fees they requested, received a receipt, and drove my car home without incident. In May of 2014, I went to the tax office to get my vehicle registered and was informed that my title was invalid because in December of 2013, someone had put a lien on my vehicle and sold it for parts to a salvage yard.
