Horrible experience. I had trouble scheduling an appointment for a remote starter installation. The owner/ installer was 25 minutes late for the appointment and took 3 hours instead of the stated 1 1/2. Within 12 hours of installation my engine light came on. Within 24 hours my car would not start at all. I called to inquire what the problem was and the owner initially returned my phone call and then ignored the rest including messages.
