**BEYOND DISAPPOINTED** I ordered a pricy custom cake for my baby's first birthday party a month in advance. On the morning of her party, I went to pick up the cake at the agreed upon time, and to my dismay it wasn't ready. I was told that they didnt have enough buttercream frosting to cover the bottom layer of the cake. (Panic!) I was offered fondant instead (not my first choice, but I need a cake right now), and said it would take 15-20 minutes to complete.
