My wife and I were pressured into buying a mattress quickly and were not told that we could not change our minds before delivery of the product. When we tried going in to cancel our order they told us that it was in the contract. They didn't explain or give us a chance to read the contract that all sales were final. I looked at it and it says this, but it also says "due to sanitary reasons". We have not taken the delivery of the mattress yet, so there really is no sanitary issue.
