I drove by the old fire station on 7654 Highway 73 in Stanley, NC and found that it's now Norman Tire & Auto. I pulled a quick u-turn because my check engine light was on and I was curious what this was. To my surprise, the place is awesome. Totally skilled tech's and a wonderful showroom. My check engine light was my gas cap and I'm back to normal. Thanks to the owner Tim who spent a lot of time with me on my car and showing me around. I found a new place for auto repair near Lake Norman.
