This is a therapist that works from home. She is very unprofessional, gives no referrals and has more issues than any clients could have. She answers her phone while you are in session. She is always distracted, looking out her window, getting packages, etc. I never met a therapist that was so controlling and is in love with herself. You will be worse than before you started therapy. Don't do it to yourself.
