Extremely Poor. Longmeadow Apartments, LLC, is managed by the Oxford Realty Group, and directed by the 'Lafonge Associates': George Karasick, Susan Lee and Harry Rieder. They employ 2 property managers - Ari Mandel for Longmeadow - and office staff to run a clutch of the filthiest, dirtiest residential hovels ever seen in industrialized countries. These people are the quintessential 'slumlords'. Never return a call, never respond to inquiries, the BBC has them listed with a 'F' rating. I am paying $1000.00/month for a 736 square foot, one bed
