I signed up about 2 months ago - they don't try to tell you things that they can't do. They're open from day 1 on what they're going to do for you - down to how long you can expect things to take etc, they're very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I worked with another SEO company and it's day and night from sign up to the customer service. Like I said upon signup I knew what I was getting into, customer service always answers any questions I have had -- and so far, all promises have been kept - AND I can already find myself on Google, Yahoo
