I called a local big business company in victorville to come out and fix my oven. They couldnt fix it. Charged me a whole lot of money, for something they could NOT fix. I was very upset. So my wife told me to call around and ask questions about my repair. So i just so happen to call this appliance company. And a very nice technician assist me over the phone, about what the problem was and how much it would cost, to repair my oven. So i made a appointment. And the oven works great. the wifes happy, i am happy. Tommy
