I admit that it had been a while since I had my carpets clean. The heavy traffic areas were pretty bad, but now the whole carpet looks like new! I have used other carpet cleaning services but with less than ideal results. Mike was one time and stayed until I was satisfied. Very reasonable prices. The carpet came out feeling soft and smelling terrific. Other services left it feeling stiff and having a chemical smell. It has been four months and they still look great!
