I would not take my toaster to get fixed by the kids at PC Perfect! From what seemed like a power surge due to a lightening storm in October of 2011 our computer and TV were basically fried. We took both items to PC Perfect as well as filed an insurance claim. Dan checked both items out and acted like he could fix them easily. He gave us a quote that was under our insurance deductible so our claim was closed. We decided not to have him fix the computer because it was so old, but Dan said he could fix our TV within about 2 weeks. After in had been 2
