Service here was so bad that I'm taking this complaint to the BBB. He made a mistake and admitted it but refused me a refund when I told him I am taking my car to a dealer. They installed the wrong part and basically one motor mount was just resting on my auto frame, not bolted down. This scares me - my family has been in that car!
