We purchased a home that they (Mike) flipped, only to discover the constant barrage of little things they failed to do properly, most of them dangerous: damage to the newly installed roof, dangerously improper wiring (voltage problems, incorrect copper/aluminum pigtailing, double feeds in the circuit breaker, etc), dangerous baseboard heater installation, leaks in shower heads due to improper installation, drain leaks on the subfloor in brand new showers due to improper installation, and much more than I can list. Over $6,000 in repairs so
