Cardinal Farms greenhouse produces and sells local grown, high quality, pesticide free tomatoes in the Siouxland area. As a part of Garwood Enterprises, Inc. (a family corporation), Cardinal Farms is the name of the greenhouse operation, which began producing tomatoes in 2005. The greenhouse is located on farm ground which has been owned by the family since 1868. Through the years, the farm has produced corn, soybeans, wheat, oats and hay along with raising cattle, sheep, chickens and hogs. Garwood Enterprises, Inc. is owned by Doug and Scott Garwood. Scott is the fifth generation of the family to farm this ground. Cardinal Farms produces and sells tomatoes May thru December in the greenhouse. In a controlled environment, we are able to produce high quality, pesticide free tomatoes for your enjoyment. We also raise and sell field grown sweetcorn in season.
