I moved my horse to Hoofbeats about 6 months ago, right when the hay shortage started. The barn I was at was already raising the price to cover costs. I have been here 6 months, hay has doubled or more I think, and my board has not changed, no hay sur-charges either. There is always lots of hay in the pastures, the horses are all fat, and there is hay waiting in my stall when my horse gets put back in.
