Called them on Monday morning, came out Monday afternoon. I needed my computer wiped and restored, but I wanted to keep my pictures, music and such. The tech was SO nice, found out he is the District Commissioner for the Boy Scouts in Washington and Madison Counties, so now I really trust him. Anyhow, long story short, took my laptop Monday everning, had it back Wednesday afternoon, restored and with my old pictures and music, programs, etc. I took 30 of his cards (plus some pens and notepads he gave me), I recommend him A .
