My roommate and I have been with AA for only 5 months and we are begging to get out of this awful agreement. We discuss everything with Adrinne in Gainesville, FL, Not only is her responsiveness poor, but she is thoughtful and extremely rude! My roommate and I have had a water pressure problem since the day we have moved here and the issue still is not resolved. Seems like every time we ask for someone to come, she gives us attitude and cancels the work order on us for a next date. Recently the plumber AA provides had me wait a total of 5 hours for them to show up
