PLEASE BEWARE, do not use Mike Norris. His prices are great. He starts out strong but, his follow through and finish work/attention to detail is not good at all. DO NOT pay him any money in advance he will take the money and not be heard from. Many excuses but never follows through or finishes up. Cigarette butts left on the patio and in the garage, along with lots of other construction debris. From unexpected trips out of town to back injuries and hospital stays he has many excuses but does not finish what he starts. Poor communication slow to never return call
