Review
After being on the receiving end of one of Glenn Home Inspections reports, I have to say he employs deal breakers. Talk about scare tactics. He made our home sound like it should be condemmed. Told buyers it would take $5-7k to fix problems. I fixed everything he listed for only $42.75. His reports are very short, not detailed at all giving no usefull information. This one inspection cause 3 real estate deals to fall thru all for nothing but nit pick scare tactics.
