The Rice House is a family owned and operated restaurant in St. Louis, MO. Owner Kenny Truong's parents owned a family restaurant opened by his Grandfather in 1978 called Vinh Chop Suey in Baden, MO. Wanting to become a cook himself and knowing the business well, Executive Chef Truong opened his own restaurant in April of 2011. Offering much more than just your average Chinese take-out. The Rice House is home of the Angry Bird St. Paul Sandwich!
