Do I have to give 1 star??? total scam artists that sell marginal generic ram that works sometimes but always on the edge of NOT. What do you expect when it don't? NOTHING but a BIG run around. Save ALOT of headaches and alot of money and use a REPUTABLE dealer. They have TONS of negatives on ebay as smilentango JUNK JUNK JUNK
