DO NOT USE HIM. he took 1000k to perform a short sale. He did not negotiate a successful short sale. His agent Alita works for the real estate company and she did nothing but hand in the paperwork. I wrote the short sale letter, filled everything out etc. after a year I was forced go another route with the bank. his agent not even him put in maybe 2 or 3 phone calls to the bank that's it. So I asked him why he thinks he should keep 1000k of my money for nothing. no reply. he is arrogant, he does not care about the people he is supposed to help he only cares about mone
