Very irresponsiby operated. I wanted a private lesson for my father and I to practice our father-daughter dance for my upcoming wedding. Scheduled an appointment almost 2 months out for the weekend my Dad would be in town. The morning of the lesson I received a call from the instructor confirming the appointment. I confirmed. Less than two hours later she leaves a voicemail on my phone stating that the owner accidentally double-booked the studio (no doubt to someone else who would give them more revenue than me).
