Come experience renewed hope. I take an approach that is holistic, systemic and eclectic. By holistic, I mean that the spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical components of an individual are interconnected. Adjustment in one area impacts the other areas. Systemic refers to the fact that different aspects of our lives, such as relationships, finances, spirituality, professional life, and family are also areas that can impact each other. An eclectic approach recognizes that no treatment model works for everyone. This approach allows me to take the time and tools to figure out what process will work best for you. Whether you are struggling to keep from being swallowed by grief, wrestling with your spiritual life, challenged by a mental illness, or working through relationship difficulties, I believe that I can offer hope, motivation, and a perspective that is compassionate and helpful as I walk your path with you.
