Review
We had a heating unit go out. Within an hour after I called our home warranty service, I received a call from AirStar, the service provider assigned to our call. The scheduler was super nice and told me they would have a tech out to service our heater the same day, and we ended up getting Carlos, a SUPER technician, within an hour of the scheduling call. Carlos fixed our unit quickly, and explained in detail what the problem had been. He even took the time to show my husband what he had done in the attic and basically gave my husband a Heating Unit 101 course.
