If you rent here, make sure you have a checking account that doesn't charge you for cashier's checks to ensure that your rent check is credited on time. If you want to pay your rent online they charge almost $30.00 for a service fee. If you send it in the mail, to ensure they recieved it (because they have lost it in the past on employees desks), you need to send it delivery confirmation. So unless you physically bring in the check, you will have to pay in order to pay your rent, which I think is absolutely ridiculous! And what about the break-in
