Community Towing is highly unethical and unresponsive. They are unprofessional when it comes to poaching and not taking care of their customers. I have heard multiple complaints how they respond to customers with a sure, yeah, whatever attitude. I am sure it is not everyone in the company, but from my personal experiences of them on the phone and others complaints, I felt it must be said. I understand no one likes us when they park illegally and everyone likes us when they are broke down, but Community Towing in Springfield, VA is giving Towing a bad name. This
