property is... decent to say the least. The comments below are 150% accurate. The emails treating all residents like we're 5 year olds, the noise, the poor construction, they've hit the nail on the head! Not to mention just how SMALL this place is. You can spend roughtly $1000 a month for a one bedroom, elsewhere, in duplexes and other apartments, $600-$700 for a MUCH larger 2 bedroom! unbelievable! Also, want to know more about your neighbors? No need to be silent because it's almost like they're living RIGHT there with you! You
