I visited Oliver s tires on Jan 2, 2013 to get 4 tires. After leaving the shop, I noticed 3in circular scratches on all four of my rims! I took them back as soon as I finished work. He told me hed never seen scratched rims from his shop before and that maybe they were there before. After many visits and threats of small claims court, Mr. Oliver agreed to fix my rims. They were buffed and polished earlier today. The rims are back to their original shine, only tonight i noticed that 2 lug nuts on the front and back left tire were loose, so loose that I literally t
