I filed a complaint with the BBB, just as several others have. That's why they have an F rating with the BBB. Davis Empire, LCC at 12811 - 8th Ave. W. Suite A101 Everett, WA 98204 deliberately tries to avoid contract cancellations by not answering their phone and locking their doors and hiding during business hours. It is disappointing that this company is associated with Kirby. They sold me a damaged demonstration model.
