IT SUCKS!!! I like my Hyla but they are LIARS! I was told i would get 1% interest so i financed one then i get my bill and its 17% interest. To "make up" for it they gave me a bottle of glycol (25 bucks) for free. I wanted to keep the hyla but ended up putting it on my cc and ate the cost to switch it over. Then when I call them for help on how to use the carpet cleaning system they said they would send someone over the next day..still haven't heard from them. Then they had the audacity to call me for a survey a few months later. I told them what they
