This company is a total joke. The city I live in contracts with them for trash pickup. Today is trash pickup day, and I came home this afternoon to finding, yet again, the lid on my large trash bin flipped open - but the bulging trash bags were still inside. We make sure every week to face the bin the way that it is supposed to be facing (so that it opens towards the street). And yet, this happens all too often.
