First of all, all I've been receiving is unprofessional services. I filed for a student stimulus refund which was in the amount of $1,000.00 the beginning of 2013 for the year 2011-2012. I finally received a letter from the IRS telling me that they received my claim. After a few more months I called the IRS again who stated that a refund of $1,000.00 was deposited to Direct Tax Services on December 16, 2012. That was going on two years ago.
