TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Dont even deserve 1 star, but there is no -1 star option! Will not negotiate on items! Willing to loose a $1,000 sale on 2 laptops and 2 Guns over a charger for 1 of the laptops. The charger was bad, they had one that worked and she wouldn't switch it out! The lady employees wear rude, stand offish, and seemed as if they could care less to sell me anything from the beginning!
