Took the money and never finished the installation job. We've made numerous calls since August, he hasn't returned a one, it's now November. He totally took advantage of an elderly widowed woman living off her social security. That should speak volumes on the integrity of this so called business. I convinced her to not walk away from this but to RUN to the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs. I was forced to give this rating a star in order to leave a review.
