I walked into Casa Blanca looking for, but unsure about, kitchen backsplash tiles. The owner, Ana, was extremely helpful and didn't push me into buying anything. In fact, she provided me with lower cost alternatives to choose from in addtion to the options that I had selected. She lent me samples on three separate occassions until I settled on the tiles that worked best for me. Ana also recommended installers if I wasn't using my own installer and explained how the tiles need to be installed. Considering how relatively small my purchase was to her, I co
