I warn you as a previous lease holder, Firestone Villas are opportunist and will end up costing you in some way or another. They regularly raise rent on each cycle. So if you are not sure if you can move after first lease is up, this is something to consider. They are trying to sell properties, so if someone shows interest in the home you are currently living be prepared for the games. The management team (Husband and wife) are given $45 and hour after you move out for any work they do to prepare house for new tenants so be sure they will find some hours
